Contact Melanie

With more than 25 years of real estate experience, Melanie Graw brings deep market knowledge, seasoned leadership, and a genuine understanding of life transitions to every client she serves. First licensed in 1997, Melanie began her real estate career in partnership with Gail Feirstein, building a respected and highly productive business from 1997 through 2015. She then stepped into a management role at the Coldwell Banker Realty Crofton office, where she proudly guided and supported agents from 2015 to 2025.

Now back in full-time sales, Melanie is a member of the Generations Home Group, a dynamic team composed of talented professionals who share Melanie’s client-first philosophy—including her longtime business partner Gail Feirstein, her daughters Victoria McKeever and Mary Graw, and former Crofton agents Noah Kaye and Harmony Campbell.

Before real estate, Melanie built a successful career in the computer industry and completed her Master’s degree in Business, bringing strategic thinking and strong operational skills to her real estate practice. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Anne Arundel Flagship Program and has an extensive record of community service. Melanie served as a Director on several Boards. She was involved with Hospice of the Chesapeake Gala Committee and chaired the event for one year while also serving as a Director on the Hospice Foundation Board (2005-2009). This was followed by the Board of Directors for the Y of Central Maryland, including four years as Board Chair (2010–2014). Her passion for volunteer leadership began even earlier (1985) through her long involvement with the Maryland Seafood Festival, where she served as a Committee Chair, Marketing Chair and as President for her final two years.

Raised in a military family and having moved eight times, Melanie understands the emotions and complexities that come with change - or as she prefers to name it - New Chapters. After relocating from Hawaii more than 40 years ago, she has made Maryland home and is thrilled that her 3 daughters, 3 son-in-laws and 3 grandchildren all live only minutes away.

Today, Melanie guides her clients with empathy, insight, and an unwavering commitment to helping them make confident decisions. Whether buying, selling, or navigating life’s next chapter, her clients benefit from her experience, her calm leadership, and her heartfelt dedication to their success.
